Kirsty McAlpine

Kirsty is a founding partner of Jamesbeck and heads Jamesbeck’s London office, covering EMEA. Formerly, Kirsty was a partner and head of Highland Search Group’s international asset management practice. When Highland was acquired by TMP Worldwide, Kirsty was promoted to global co-head of the investment management practice, responsible for leading the practice outside the United States. Prior to joining Highland, Kirsty worked at Korn/Ferry International in London, where she was one of the youngest principals elected to partnership with responsibility for covering both asset management and investment banking clients on a cross-border basis.
As an executive director of Russell Reynolds Associates, based in Hong Kong, she lived and worked in Asia for seven years, covering all markets in Asia/Pacific from Indonesia to India and including Japan and China. Kirsty received a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Durham.
